"Cool brand, but the price makes it hard"
Premiata definitely has that nice, slightly different look, and I’ll give them credit for making sneakers that don’t feel like every other pair out there. The styles are cool, but the prices are kind of where they lose me.
I haven’t seen enough to say they’re amazing, and the reviews seem all over the place depending on the shoe. I’d probably give them a shot if they were on sale, but at full price, that’s kind of on them for making it hard to justify.

I tried placing my order, but the site froze on me twice during checkout. After all that, my order still never showed up, so I was left not knowing if it even went through. it was really disappointing and left me feeling frustrated.

They did eventually reply, but it took a few days, which was annoying. And when they finally got back to me, it didn’t even sort everything out. Kind of a half-baked response, honestly. What a pain...

"Fit was smaller than expected"
I really wanted these to work because they looked cute right out of the box, but the sizing was just off for me. They fit way smaller than I expected, and I kept wondering if I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, but nope. Anyway, I had to return them, and that part was more of a hassle than I wanted to deal with. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating.

Delivery took way longer than I expected, and the tracking was confusing. The estimated date kept changing, so I was constantly checking for updates and still never really got a clear answer. If you need something by a certain date, I’d save your time and avoid the hassle. Not a great experience...

I tried updating my account info it was such a hassle. The settings felt clunky, nothing was easy to find, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t really get much help. I even started wondering if other people were having the same issue because it felt like something that should be basic. After wasting that much time just trying to manage my account, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I tried using the promo code at checkout, expecting it to be a quick discount, but it kept saying it was invalid. I double-checked the spelling and the expiration date, and it still wouldn’t go through. There also wasn’t any clear help to explain what was wrong. it was annoying and made me not want to finish the order.

"Color wasn't quite what I expected"
The shoes themselves are fine, but the color looked a lot lighter in the pictures online. It’s not awful or anything, just different than what I thought I was getting. Also, having to verify myself over and over during the process was annoying.

"Good shoes, but the fees popped up late"
The shoes themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. What bugged me was that the taxes and duties didn’t really become clear until checkout. I always try to spot the total cost early so I know what I’m actually paying, and this felt like one of those sites where the extra fees only show up at the end. Not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying.

The shoes showed up quickly, which was nice, but I’m kind of confused about them. Some of the tags and stitching just looked a little off to me. I reached out to support, but the answers I got were vague, so that didn’t really clear anything up. I’m not saying they’re fake or anything, but something about them just didn’t feel totally right

"Listed as in stock, but it wasn’t"
I tried ordering a pair that showed as available, went through checkout, and only found out afterward that it wasn’t actually in stock. That’s really frustrating and feels like something the company should take responsibility for. If a size is sold out, just say that upfront instead of letting people waste their time. I probably won’t bother ordering again unless they fix this.

"Not Worth the Wait"
I was actually excited for these after seeing them online, so waiting for them to finally show up was frustrating. But once they arrived, they just didn’t look the same in person. The design felt kind of messy and awkward, like there was too much going on. For the price, I expected something cleaner and more put together. Just wasn’t for me.

"I ordered a pair of sneakers..."
I ordered a pair of sneakers as a birthday gift, but the shipping updates were unclear. I emailed support and heard back after about a day or so, which was frustrating because I had to tell my brother his gift was going to show up after the party.

The box was a bit beat up when it arrived too. The shoes themselves were fine, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be, especially for a present. I probably wouldn’t order from them again for a gift

"Showed up at the worst time and looked used"
My order arrived in rough shape, which was extra frustrating because I needed the shoes for an event that weekend. The box was crushed, and the shoes had noticeable marks on them, almost like they’d already been handled or tried on a bunch before they were shipped. For the price, I really expected them to look clean and brand new when they got here. Not the best first experience with Premiata.

"Email support just felt off"
I had a frustrating time with their email support. I was asking what felt like straightforward questions, but the replies kept coming back vague and not really addressing what I said. My gut feeling was that no one was actually reading my messages closely, just sending quick canned responses. Overall, it didn’t leave me with a good impression.

"Nice shoes, but I expected better for the price"
I ordered a pair from premiata and overall the quality is decent. They look really nice, feel solid, and the materials do seem better than what you’d get from a lot of similar brands. That said, for the price, I expected a cleaner finish. There was a spot where glue was showing, and the fit felt a little awkward when I first tried them on. They’re not bad shoes, but they’re also not exactly what I’d call perfect. I’m planning to reach out to customer service because I feel like this is something that should be addressed, especially at this price point

"Stock alert messed up my plans"
I got the stock alert and jumped on it right away because I was planning to order before heading out, but the size was still sold out. Frustrating, honestly. I ended up wasting time checking for nothing and it kind of threw off my plans
